The website was tested using WCAG2.2 AA compliance tools, including Lighthouse, Axe, and the internal accessibility wizard within the software we use to generate content.

  • After testing with 'Lighthouse' accessibility app, the Lydlinch Parish Council website was found to be 100% compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard. Lighthouse report

  • After testing with the website app accessibility wizard, the Lydlinch Parish Council website was found to be 100% compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard.​


What we’re doing to improve accessibility

All documents which used to be delivered as pdf files will now be written as text on the website pages. Past pdf files from the current financial year will gradually be replaced with text. Improvements to site accessibility is an ongoing process. Regular scans of the website will be made to ensure it remains at the highest level of accessibility.
